> experience in service environment and spare parts stock control > technical experience with mobile devices is a must > very good knowledge of English and PC literacy are prerequisites > previous experience in SAP and/or other on-line service application is advantage > excellent planning, organization and administration abilities > stress resistant, service orientated, strong communicator with detailed approach and ability to create global perspective Responsibilities: > second level support to Authorised Service Centre > monitoring and supervision of the local service network > service KPI management; monitoring and control of guarantee costs, auditing service quality > administration of all service, warranty and claim orders > maintenance of files: product warranties, maintenance records and cost reports > RMA product investigation > preparation of weekly and monthly service reports We are offering very good working conditions within a developing international environment, an opportunity for further career advancement and a remuneration package in line with your results.
