Office Manager

- Novi Sad -

 
Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and following diverse activities in order to support the local team
  • Management of all kind of administrative packages but also calendars, files and correspondence (mail and post)
  • Organization of logistic processes (coordination of activities with clients)
  • Preparation of meetings, travel arrangements etc.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for all internal and external visitors, and welcoming them appropriately 
  • Handling office material purchase and taking care of company vehicles 
  • Performing HR administration duties
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in economy or related studies
  • Experience in administrative position or similar supporting function
  • Fluency in English and PC skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision
  • Mild and kind, reliable, communicative and service oriented person, capable of multitasking
