Office Assistant

- Inđija -

  • University degree is mandatory 
  • Experience in daily financial and administrative operations/activities 
  • Good organizational skills, accuracy in work
  • Strong structure orientation and discipline in work
  • Ability to work in an intercultural environment, with proficient communication abilities
  • Fluency in English, while German is considered a strong advantage 
  • Advanced computer skills (MS office) 
Job description:
  • Creating, processing and archiving business documentation
  • Organizing business trips for management
  • Calculation of travel expenses
  • Handling cash flow in local and foreign currency for business trips 
  • Human resources activities (annual leave)
  • Complete administrative support to management 
  • Regular reporting to local and regional management
