Office Assistant / Receptionist

 
 
Qualifications:
  • university degree 
  • previous working experience at similar position is highly appreciated
  • fluency in English, full and professional literacy in Serbian; knowledge of Russian is desirable 
  • excellent PC skills incl. Word, Excel and Internet tools
  • time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision
  • extroverted, reliable, communicative and service oriented person, capable of multitasking
 
Job description: 
  • scheduling and setting agenda for meetings, preparing of documentation and gathering necessary information 
  • managing customers’ and VIP visits as well as making travel arrangements for team members 
  • providing administrative support, handling and archiving post and mail documentation
  • taking care of correspondence, compiling the information, identifying actions needed, and facilitating smooth functioning of managers’ activities
  • enabling accurate and timely information flow in the office
