YOUR TASKS 

  • taking an active role in the development in HR business strategy and its implementation throughout dedicated affiliates 
  • HR budget planning and supporting local management on all HR related questions 
  • succession planning and advising employees on development possibilities 
  • talent management and deployment, assessment of development needs and training organization 
  • implementing and updating global HR frameworks tools and processes on CUs level 
  • supporting organizational change processes and enforce local initiatives 
  • manage all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and handling employer branding as well as on-boarding and mentoring program 
  • build effective working relationships with the executive managers, business managers and employees in operational HR matters 
  • accountable for job evaluations in collaboration with line managers, salary and benefits review and administration. 
  • local yearly salary processes, coordinating payroll and HR administration activities 
  • managing internal communication on HR topics to ensure a high level of overall organizational effectiveness 

YOUR PROFILE 

  • university degree in Economy/Psychology/HR 
  • minimum 4-5 years of experience in HRM role 
  • strong business acumen and knowledge of contemporary HR systems and processes 
  • fluency in English and advanced PC skills 
  • independence and commitment, excellent facilitation and complex problem solving skills 
  • discretion and confidentiality with strong customer orientation 
  • ability to handle multiple priorities, along with intercultural sensitivity and negotiation skills
