For our Client, a multinational company operating in automotive industry, we are searching for an experienced and highly responsible person for the position of

 

Environment, Health and Safety Manager

 

- Kragujevac -

 

 

Requirements:

  • experience in managing EHS segment, ideally of a manufacturing plant and within automotive industry 
  • university degree supported with ISO14001and OHSAS18001certificates
  • fluency in English and PC skills are prerequisites
  • advanced technical knowledge of production and industrial processes and associated risks for EHS
  • flexible and responsible manager with excellent leadership skills and ability to run complex horizontal and vertical relations
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • ensuring all EHS processes are implemented and in compliance with the prescribed legislative and internal company guidelines
  • development, management and control over all EHS associated issues
  • support in risk factors identifications, risk assessments and delivering measures for improvement of environmental, health and safety measures
  • maintenance of EHS Management System in line with standards ISO14001and OHSAS18001
  • collaboration with all plant departments ensuring workers are provided with the necessary trainings as well as with personal protection devices 
  • ensuring regular collection and analysis of KPIs and running of periodical EHS audits that shall further improve the performance
  • cooperation with external partners and relevant institutions
