HR Director

  • university degree of social or commercial direction
  • extensive experience with people management responsibility, in HR Manager / HR Business Partner role within an international production company
  • knowledge of all organizational functions, HR practices and relevant local legislative
  • strong business acumen and knowledge of HR concepts and processes to ensure their continuous improvement
  • independence, understanding of strategy, excellent project management, facilitation and complex problem solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities, along with emphasized interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • fluency in English
Job description:
  • managing and development of existing HR team
  • implementing the company HR strategies and policies, ensuring delivery of HR services across the organization as well as suggesting possible improvements in HR plans and processes
  • managing diversified HR projects: recruitment, development, career planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, and ensuring a high level of overall organizational effectiveness
  • provide partnership to Senior Managers in all HR related issues
  • manage day-to-day issues, projects and HR budget
  • maintenance of excellent relationship with all stakeholders
