To ensure the continuous growth in the Automotive Aftermarket segment and enforcing further sales results increase, we are searching for a 

Sales Representative

Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Albania
Main responsibilities:
  • supports outlets, business partners and garages with product information on Schaeffler portfolio, thus creating indirect sales through pulling the demand from the outlet/garage to the distributor
  • promotes Schaeffler technical services package and pulls the demand for technical trainings and distributes technical brochures
  • monitors, analyses, and informs RSM about market news (prices, actions, general news)
  • constantly monitors the market and adds value to the products through Schaeffler sales support
  • motivates the outlets/garages by giving them the opportunity to have a direct contact person on the supplier level as well
  • informs direct distributors in cooperation with the RSM for gaps in the communication flow between the whole distribution chain
  • ensures that the information flow from Supplier to the Mechanic runs without obstacles and smoothly follows the product 
  • providing technical trainings and product presentations flow
  • supports the distribution network of Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket by taking care about sales campaigns, fairs, house fairs and participates in the preparation of them
  • makes proposals about marketing and sales actions that boost Schaeffler sales and margin
  • provides relevant market and roadmap datas, statistical figures as a basis for facts-driven decision making and sales actions
  • implements sales trainings for the sales force of the distribution network in cooperation with the RSM
  • university degree
  • up to 3 years professional experience, ideally within similar industry
  • strong knowledge in the automotive segment is highly appreciated
  • fluency in English, German is considered as an additional asset
  • IT proficiency (Microsoft Office etc)
  • active driver prepared for extensive travelling
  • excellent communication skills, team player, consistency, integrity, presentation skills
  • creative and self-confident sales professional with strong customer focus
