Sales Manager

– fluency in German –

 
Requirements:
  • experience in sales position (B2B and/or B2C), preferably within international FMCG environment
  • previous experience in business development of foreign markets shall be highly appreciated
  • understanding of marketing and retail concepts and tools
  • university degree 
  • proficiency in German and active English knowledge are prerequisites
  • strong business development orientation and high customer focus
  • result-driven personality with excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
 
Job description:
  • sales development in German speaking markets, predominately Germany and Austria
  • attending international fairs and meetings, making company and portfolio presentations, offering solutions and follow up on delivery
  • performing thorough markets’ exploring, initiation of contacts and development of sales possibilities
  • maintenance and further development of quality relationships with current Clients
  • collecting customer product feedback and gathering ideas for product innovations
  • reporting to the Sales Director on achieved results
