Sales Manager

  • university degree
  • experience in managing sales in strong international or distributor company within FMCG
  • proven people management and development experience
  • route to market knowledge and experience within relevant industry
  • strong KA management experience
  • familiarity with trade marketing and category management principles
  • fluency in English and advanced MS Office knowledge
  • commercial and strategic thinking 
  • drive for excellence, personal integrity and customer orientation
  • leadership by example and a winning spirit
  • intellectual curiosity, results orientation, inner confidence, self-awareness, empathy and adaptability 
  • strong interpersonal communications, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving and business acumen 
Job description:
  • managing sales plan and budget 
  • leading and developing of sales team, providing trainings and mentoring
  • setting targets, conducting performance appraisal and guiding the team
  • negotiation with key customers and strengthening partnership relations
  • customer management
  • close cooperation with other departments of the company 
  • market and competition analysis
  • reporting to General Manager
