Sales Engineer

- industrial flooring -

 
Requirements:
  • university degree in a technical field (civil or mechanical engineering preferred)
  • 3+ years of industry related sales experience (construction, B2B, industrial users, premium brand)
  • fluency in English and strong PC skills are prerequisites
  • a reliable, self-assured and effective strategic thinker, with strong customer focus
  • a devoted and energy-loaded person, capable of developing trustful and, partnering relations to the stakeholders
  • strong business mind and excellent networking, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
 
Responsibilities:
  • development of customer and market relevant sales forecasts and plans; identification of new market potentials/projects and profit prospects for the company
  • create partnering relations to the customers by supporting project realization and being the first point of contact in case of complaints; identification of market potential as well as customers’ innovation potentials
  • support brand and company image in the market; continuous communication and development of network of contacts with architects, investors, construction companies, applicators etc.
  • preparation and follow up on offers and tenders; negotiations on prices, payment terms and delivery quantities; contract conclusion
  • regular analysis of plans vs. results, deviation analysis, plan adjustments and improvement measures taking
  • collaboration and experience exchange with representatives of different trade mark groups
  • regular reporting to the management
