Sales Director

- business development -



  • experience in managerial sales position within international FMCG environment
  • previous experience in business development of foreign markets shall be highly appreciated
  • university degree and strong business acumen
  • fluency in English and strong PC skills are prerequisites
  • international mindset and strong dedication to goals and structure
  • result-driven personality, capable of building a strong network of decision makers
  • experienced and dedicated coach and mentor



  • international sales development and improvement of sales results within B2B sales channel
  • budget and sales planning, definition of KPI’s and monitoring of their achievement
  • strategic development of sales team through goal setting and mentoring
  • improving sales skills, motivation and retention of the team
  • B2B sales activities: attending international meetings, making company and portfolio presentations, offering solutions and managing delivery
  • monitoring  and analysis of market trends and entering new business segments
  • serving as an engine of further company development
  • encouraging internal collaboration and interaction within the company
  • regular reporting on activities to General Manager
