Finance Manager

 
Requirements:
  • university degree in economy or other finance related field
  • 5+ years of experience in finance field, combined with the department and people management experience
  • experience in international environment and/or similar industry shall be highly appreciated 
  • strong commercial knowledge
  • fluency in English and strong PC skills (Excel) are prerequisites
  • well-organized, highly analytical and reliable person
  • excellent  leadership, presentation, negotiation  and consulting skills
 
Responsibilities:
  • management and optimization of financial and accounting activities of the representative office
  • ensuring compliance with local legislation and HQ requirements
  • financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • supervision and management of HR, internal policies, administrative procedures, purchase, inventory, and car fleet
  • direct leadership of finance and administration executives and strong cooperation with other departments
  • continuous monitoring and analysis of processes and operations, providing inputs for further development and improvement
  • support internal and external audits
