Junior Field Service Engineer

 
Requirements:
  • university degree in Electrical Engineering
  • fresh graduate, while some experience in field service of medical or industrial devices is welcome
  • fluency in English and valid driver’s license
  • 24-hours availability and readiness to be on call and frequently travel both locally and regionally
  • strong personal integrity, excellent social and analytical skills and strong problem solving and service orientation
Responsibilities:
  • covers all customers using bioMérieux instruments in the clinical and industrial filed in Ex Yu region
  • provide the effective and efficient installations, repairs, troubleshooting and consultation to internal and external customers for the implementation and maintenance of the systems marketed by bioMérieux in order to meet customer satisfaction
  • regional field service activities (maintenance, repair, phone support, installation and customer support) during the warranty period
  • handling of spare parts and working tools, keeping of IB records and regular reporting
  • delivering customer trainings and aftersales service and technical support
  • coordinating with cross functional departments to provide world-class customer service
