Project Manager

-technical sales-

  • university degree in mechanical engineering in refrigeration/HVAC area, while electrical engineering skills are desirable
  • holding site leading state license for thermo-technical and thermo-energetic installations (430), issued by Serbian Chamber of Engineers
  • at least 5 years of experience in sales and project management in HVAC area 
  • fluency in English while German language is an advantage 
  • strong PC skills: AutoCAD is mandatory while experience in SAP is advantage
  • active driver with clear driving record
  • strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
  • proactivity and flexibility with strong problem solving orientation
  • ambitious, confident and credible person 
Job description: 
  • full responsibility for sales and project management activities, covering both potential and existing customers
  • creating project related documentation including technical solutions, quotations and schedule planning as well as project documentation for after sales department
  • coordination of internal and external stakeholders such as investors, sub-contractors, suppliers, technical support and after sales departments 
  • direct engagement in sub-contractor selection, supervision and coordination
  • tracking project changes, improving and validating project quality
  • participating in company’s business planning and forecasting
  • finding new and maintaining existing customers in the area of refrigeration projects and services
  • visiting the customers, presenting solutions in regards to technical and commercial aspects and negotiating contracts in accordance with company rules
  • following up of payments and assisting in debt collection
  • achieving individual sales targets in regards to volume and margin
