Project Management Assistant

 
Responsibilities: 
  • organizing and following diverse activities in order to support the project development of Wind farm Alibunar in respect to Law on planning and construction, Energy Law and other relevant legislation
  • provide necessary support to the project team in day-to-day administrative tasks/filing including responding to ad-hoc issues and priorities
  • fulfill the project documentation rules by evaluating, collecting and compiling all information required for the project and ensuring that all requirements and deadlines are met
  • collect, compile and follow-up legal and contractual documents required for the project file
  • data controlling – thorough checking of total administration flow 
  • communication with local and public authorities 
  • following the instructions from Project Manager
 
Requirements: 
  • bachelor degree in Social studies
  • experience in project oriented or administrative position within international company is highly appreciated 
  • fluency in English and PC skills
  • time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision
  • extroverted, reliable, communicative and service oriented person, capable of multitasking
