Our Client is an international company that offers technology products, services and solutions both to business and private users. To support further growth of their sales team in Belgrade, they are looking for a highly dynamic, energy-loaded and committed candidate for the position of a 

Partner Sales Development Manager  

  • university degree, preferably in economy or technical related field
  • strong sales experience in indirect and/or direct sales, ideally from a similar industry
  • familiarity with development of indirect partner sales network
  • strong knowledge of English and PC literacy are mandatory
  • excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • proactive and goal-oriented decision-maker interested in new IT technologies
  • providing professional consultancy to partners and further development of indirect sales network 
  • supporting partners during the end user negotiations
  • analyzing sales partner specifics and identifying improvement chances
  • presentation of new sales concepts to partners
  • participation in company sales planning and targets setting and sole responsibility for their achievement
  • regular analysis of sales results and KPIs in relation to the set plans and targets
  • continuous follow-up on market and competitors’ activities and identification of new business opportunities
  • regular reporting to the management on achieved results and conducted activities
