GEFCO is entering the market of Serbia by opening a subsidiary in Belgrade. For support of their local team we are searching for a communicative and highly organized person for the position of

Office Manager

  • at least 5 years of experience in managing office activities within an international company, preferably within logistics
  • experience in assisting top management and familiarity with diversified office duties will be highly appreciated
  • experience in Financial and HR field will be an asset
  • fluency in English, while knowledge of French shall be considered advantage
  • operative in MS Office; active driver
  • excellent multitasking, organization and communication abilities
  • committed team player with strong achievement and development drive
  • eloquent and open minded performer with excellent interpersonal skills
  • acting as the point of contact for all administrative issues within the local entity
  • HR and finance administrative duties: preparing documents for external agencies and their achieving
  • general administration of the office: correspondence, office agendas, travel arrangements, etc.
  • supervision of overall functioning of the office space
  • being a personal assistant to the General Manager
  • regular communication with suppliers and external partners
  • implementation of GEFCO procedures and standards at the local office level
  • representing and promoting company at fairs, seminars and universities
  • regular reporting to the General Manager and functional managerial structures.
