Office Manager

Requirements:
  • bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economy
  • proven personal assistant background to executives along with office management experience
  • fluency in English along with excellent PC skills are prerequisites
  • fully responsible, advanced ability to multitask and prioritize under larger volume of work 
  • open-minded, proactive, job pusher, reliable
  • mild and kind personality with excellent interpersonal skills
 
Responsibilities:
  • providing full office support to the local team
  • organization and coordination of office work: administration, correspondence (mail and post), preparation of various reports
  • acting as personal assistant to top manager
  • correspondence with business partners, lawyers and service providers
  • employees’ time-table management (scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, etc.)
  • managing front desk, receiving incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • handling office procurement
  • regular reporting to company management
  • taking care of company vehicles
  • experience in insurance (verifying policies, fundamental obligations, etc.) will be treated as advantage
