Office Assistant

  • experience on administrative support position, ideally within international environment
  • fluency in English, full and professional literacy in Serbian 
  • excellent PC skills incl. Word, Excel and Internet tools
  • strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision
  • a mature, reliable, communicative and service oriented person, capable for multitasking
Job description: 
  • administration of incoming / outgoing documentation and call management
  • invoicing and preparation of documentation for bookkeeping
  • issuing of delivery orders and coordination of its correctness  with the warehouse
  • supporting sales in organization of delivery to the customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is included (invoices, delivery notes, certificates etc.)
  • correspondence with the business partners on related issues
  • ensuring appropriate stock level of office supplies and support in facility management
