In order to bust their activities on Serbian market, they are looking for 


Office Administrator

-supply chain support-

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, organization, material management, distribution or supply chain management desirably in international multi-country teams
  • high school degree with technical or logistic education as an advantage 
  • fluency in English while German language is a plus  
  • PC skills including Excel and Power Point
  • experience with SAP is strong benefit while AutoCAD is desirable
  • active driver with clear driving record
  • positive and energetic, multitasking with excellent communication and strong customer focus
  • team oriented with intercultural sensitivity and flexibility in regards to business schedule and content of work
  • independent, punctual, reliable and self-confident person
  • active participation and responsibility in each phase of projects from quotation to the execution, follow-up the processes
  • preparation and maintenance of project documents, handling incoming and outgoing documents
  • tracking and controlling logistic activities, coordinating suppliers and freight forwarder activities in order to achieve timing targets
  • take an active role in improving logistics service and efficiency by choosing and administering logistic partners
  • cooperation with Carrier production plants and international partners
  • regular communication with customers, improving customer satisfaction with regular feedbacks and fulling their expectations
  • assistance in sales and marketing materials creation and production
  • providing full administrative and communication support to Project Manager in all his/her activities
  • translation and correspondence activities
  • general office administration
