Our client is international production company, located in Vojvodina, North Banat district. For further support of their HR department they are looking for a punctual and analytical team player for the position of 
HR Payroll and Benefits Specialist 
  • administration and maintenance of attendance sheets and payroll records and reports
  • payroll calculation and management, taking care of employees’ benefits and related administration  
  • preparation of accounting reports needed for processing and payment of salaries
  • administration and update of information regarding individual penalties, loans, travel costs, advance payments, salaries’ deductions
  • handle requests for the periodical health checks for the employees, tracking and administering doctor’s analyses
  • manage car fleet administration: giving approvals for the employees, tracking travel plans, tracking vehicle registrations
  • regular reporting related to the field of responsibility
  • experience and professional independence in payroll administrative duties ideally within corporate environment
  • candidates with similar experience from accounting / payroll agencies are also welcome to apply
  • economic background, ideally supported by Bachelor degree
  • good knowledge of English and advanced MS Office skills (Excel) supported by payroll processing systems
  • highly organized personality, with excellent multitasking, analytical and planning skills
  • punctuality and detail orientation
  • high confidentiality and commitment to company standards
  • residence in North Banat district
