HR Manager

 
Requirements: 
  • university degree
  • extensive experience in similar position, ideally within IT industry and international environment
  • strong technical recruitment skills and general understanding of software development is a must
  • strong business acumen and knowledge of new developments in HR systems and processes to ensure their continuous improvement
  • fluency in English and advanced PC skills
  • independence and commitment, understanding of business with excellent project management, facilitation and complex problem solving skills
  • ability to handle multiple priorities, along with emphasized interpersonal and negotiation skills
 
Job description: 
  • working closely together with the US headquarters and business managers to build effective working relationships and influence future growth and development of the Belgrade team and the attainment of company goals
  • providing strategic and advisory support in all aspects of HR for local subsidiary
  • manage all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and handling employer branding as well as proactively supporting the business manager
  • build effective working relationships with the executive managers, business managers and employees in operational HR Matters 
  • ensure that HR meets all business needs and strives to exceed expectations
  • managing policies and procedures for all HR functions, including: recruiting and staffing, onboarding, compensation & benefits, HSE, employment and labor law, HR budgeting, training and development, performance management, HR policy framing, employee relations and retention, employee separation, organizational development, internal/external communication to ensure a high level of overall organizational effectiveness
  • engaging with business as an HR business partner and providing professional HR support
  • functionally reporting to the US HR Manager (located in HQ California) and to the local General Manager
