Hutchinson is entering the market of Serbia through intensive Greenfield investment in Ruma, which shall be realised by the end of 2015. For support in creation of successful local team, they are searching for a dedicated and young professional for the position of
HR Manager

- Vojvodina - 

  • BA in Social Sciences
  • up to 5 years of experience in similar role within production, preferably automotive industry
  • people management experience would be appreciated
  • excellent knowledge of Labour Law regulations 
  • fluency in English is a prerequisite, while knowledge of French or German should be highly appreciated
  • excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • positive and proactive approach and strong leadership potential 
  • plant shall be located in Ruma 
Job description:
  • setting up and managing the HR department of the company, and supporting the realisation of strategy in the local market, budget planning and realisation
  • participation in setting main targets in line with general strategy defined
  • preparation of analyses and reporting of KPI such as: absenteeism level, turnover, labour cost, days of training per person, safety indicators: TF1. TF2, severity rate
  • recruitment and selection of employees for all levels within the organisation
  • full understanding, control and responsibility of the application of legal regulations as well as HSE principles
  • supervision of  HR administration including external payroll
  • organisation of training sessions according to the needs of the plant in line with the Group strategy and defining training needs
  • providing of effective communication throughout the organisation and application of Group’s values 
  • coordination of annual appraisal process in line with Group requirements
  • handling communication with internal and external stake holders
