HR Director

 
Requirements:
  • university degree
  • extensive experience in managing HR department, preferably within larger systems
  • knowledge of all organizational functions and HR practices as well as local legislative
  • strategic approach, strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • fluency in English and PC literacy are required
 
Job description:
  • further development and implementation of the HR strategy, plan, guidelines and processes
  • managing the HR department and leading the recruitment, development, career planning, trainings, performance, compensation and benefits, and ensuring overall organizational effectiveness
  • cooperation with other department managers in order to achieve full implementation of company HR strategy and recognize potential needs and risks
  • communication and negotiation with outsourced providers of HR services
  • management and development of existing HR team
  • responsibility to develop and implement HR practices regionally 
  • manage day-to-day issues, projects and budget
  • regular monitoring and Reporting to General Director and Director of Supporting Functions
