Our Client is an international fast growing production company located in Northern Serbia. Due to the intensive development of their business, they are searching for a confident and initiative professional for the position of 
 

Head of Controlling

 
 
Requirements:
  • university degree in Economics or Finance – Master degree would be highly appreciated
  • 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within international production environment
  • experience in working with IFRS and IAS 
  • fluency in English and MS Office are prerequisites
  • confident and persistent achiever with excellent analytical and controlling skills
  • independent, reliable and precise professional with hands on approach, capable of keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation
  • residence in Northern Serbia, or preparedness to relocation
 
Responsibilities:
  • annual planning and budgeting
  • controlling of all business processes (Production, Supply Chain, Inventory and HR) 
  • providing controlling function to support and challenge Business Partners in the overall goal for cost transparency and accountability across business
  • monitoring of financial KPIs, analysis of deviations and optimization of financial performance
  • management and control of financial resources and accounting procedures
  • timely and accurate reporting in line with local statutory reporting as well as with company standards and procedures (IFRS)
  • communication with auditors, tax institutions, outsourced legal consultants and other external partners
