Finance Reporter

- real estate -

  • 3 years of controlling experience from “Big 4” companies or 2 years of corporate finance controlling experience
  • active involvement in real estate auditing or controlling projects – shopping and retail centers will be highly appreciated
  • university degree in Economy 
  • fluency in English and strong PC skills – knowledge of finance systems Navision/SAP will be highly appreciated
  • an initiative and persistent goal achiever, willing to learn and further improve continuously
  • a person with strong analytical and controlling skills, capable of providing results within given procedures, rules and deadlines 
  • strong personal responsibility and ability to multitask 
  • financial controlling and reporting on company operations
  • monthly reporting and analysis towards company management
  • reviewing contracts and tenants collection
  • preparation of quarterly reports according to IFRS and statutory yearly reports
  • close cooperation with bookkeeping and delivering quality performance
  • ensuring all related administrative and regulatory requirements are met
  • preparing and conforming the reporting system on the company level
  • implementing the company business activities in accordance with the determined yearly plan
