Finance Controller – Manager

Requirements:
  • strong proven experience in controlling management within real estate area; shopping and retail centers will be highly appreciated
  • vast audit experience and people management in real estate business 
  • university degree in Economics
  • excellent understanding of tax issues and statutory reporting
  • fluency in English and strong PC skills – knowledge of finance systems Navision/SAP will be highly appreciated
  • creative thinker, able to motivate team and prioritize project phases
  • excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills
  • strong analytical and controlling skills
  • capable of delivering results within given procedures, rules and deadlines
 
Responsibilities:
  • managing financial controlling and reporting on company operations
  • leading a team of financial reporters
  • responsibility for complex projects – finance and tax
  • participating in the process of drawing up the business plan
  • reviewing contracts and tenants collection
  • communication with the banks and other financial institutions and constantly proposing solutions for problems
  • preparation of financial reports and analysis on a quarterly and yearly basis according to IFRS and reports to the CFO
  • full responsibility for monthly top management reports
