ERP Project Lead / ERP Specialist

 
Requirements
  • university degree
  • experience in implementing and maintenance of ERP systems in manufacturing environment
  • experience in design and implementation of SQL Server based ERP systems, preferably Navision
  • strong project and vendor management skills and excellent business understanding
  • strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing and finance modules will be highly appreciated
  • aptitude for bridging business processes to system process
  • self-motivated with ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders “hands-on” mentality
  • willingness to work and live in Subotica
  • fluency in both English and Serbian
 
Job description:
  • leading ERP Navision implementation process 
  • support the development and documentation of business unit processes in order to maximize the utilization of Navision system capabilities
  • identify all application issues and work to resolution
  • provide assistance in preparation of management and end-user reports assess need for end-user training and provide training where required
  • leverage existing applications through process audits, data quality audits and resulting improvement initiatives
  • post implementation, support of Navision applications in all Serbia operations
  • act as a liaison between local division management and Corporate IT
  • monthly reporting to local management and Corporate IT management in Berwyn, USA
