Our client is an international company operating in the field of automotive sales and service. In order to further develop and support their business activities in the Serbian market, they need a capable and decisive person for the position of a



- commercial vehicles –

  • university degree, ideally in economy or technical field
  • proven people and sales management experience 
  • industry related experience would be advantageous
  • fluency in English and strong PC skills are prerequisites
  • a mature, reliable and effective decision maker, with excellent social and interpersonal skills 
  • excellent negotiation, presentation and people management competencies
  • organization, management, control and further development of local and regional sales and service business
  • responsibility for group strategy implementation and achievement of the set targets
  • active support to sales activities and results
  • acting as the official representative of the company
  • leading, development, motivating and supporting the team members
  • strengthening of company and brand image and strategic positioning 
  • monitoring the market trends and competitors’ activity and being alert to changes and developments within the industry 
  • regular reporting to Group Management
