Customer Service Administrator

- Return of Goods Management -




  • administration and management of return of goods operations and system
  • analysis of costs and volume of return
  • voice of customer management
  • weekly and monthly reporting
  • data analysis and identification of points that require improvements 
  • providing inputs and proposals for improvement planning
  • experience in customer service administration and data analysis
  • familiarity with goods return and voice of customer
  • technical knowledge and SAP experience are highly welcome
  • a proactive, self-assured and dedicated person, able to stand for his/her point
  • a detailed and highly analytical person, open for changes and improvements
