For further support of their global digital marketing activities, we are searching for experienced and initiative professional for the position of

Community Manager

  • minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally from digital agency or experience in managing of digital marketing and social media within international FMCG industry
  • university degree preferable
  • excellent knowledge of commercial usage of social networks and digital marketing principles
  • experience with CRM system
  • fluency in English, and willingness for frequent traveling
  • creative and  goal-oriented leader with distinctive professional curiosity
  • experience with online commerce is preferable but not mandatory
  • well experienced with SEO, Google ad words, Google analytics, online and Facebook advertising
  • excellent communication and visualization skills while copywriting skills are advantage 
  • capable to work in cross functional/international teams
  • capability to work under pressure
  • developing digital strategy of the company and managing the team of digital executives/agencies in strategy implementation globally
  • increasing engagement and expanding community by being single point of contact for all offline and online activities
  • working with marketing and commercial team in development and implementation of promotion and engagement strategies and tactics in social media, forums and blogs
  • monitoring and measuring the success of campaigns and providing report on level of activity/campaign/country/region
  • identifying, following and advising on trends in social media 
  • responsibility for website management and preparing of content calendar 
  • managing activities on company social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube…) 
  • managing activities on blogs and community forums
  • acting as a key point of contact for company digital marketing and social media for dedicated markets
  • acting as single point of contact for all offline and online activities and promotion of offline
  • active cooperation with Marketing Manager 
  • reporting directly to Head of European Business and Marketing Manager
