Business Development Manager

 

Requirements:

  • university degree, ideally in pharmacy, medicine or related field
  • extensive knowledge of local pharma and food supplement market
  • strong experience in sales and/or business development positions within pharma industry 
  • fluency in English and developed PC skills are prerequisites
  • excellent negotiator with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • initiative and independent personality, with strong business orientation
  • global overview, combined with hands-on approach, and a desire to achieve 
 
Job description:
  • deep analysis of the current market trends vs. company business
  • proposing measurements for further development of local business activities, both in distribution and in own production
  • initiation and nurturing of close professional relationship with existing and potential partners and distributors
  • regular analysis of results of taken actions, market development and competitors’ activities
  • monitoring of in house activities and introduction of new products 
  • reporting to the management on identified opportunities, conducted activities and achieved results
