B2B Sales Manager

- Industrial segment -

 
Job description:
  • responsibility for managing and further developing of company Business Unit for industrial segment
  • managing complete sales process, planning and budgeting through empowering further growth of sales network and sales results
  • continuous research for business opportunities in specific industry segments
  • achieving annual sales budgets and profit targets
  • monitoring of market trends and competitors’ activities and proposing improvements
  • regular reporting to General Manager
 
Requirements:
  • university degree
  • strong experience in sales on managerial positions
  • experience in sales to industrial customers / project sales is highly appreciated 
  • fluency in English and MS Office literacy are prerequisites 
  • innovative self-starter with excellent ability to recognize and develop business opportunities 
  • mature and result-driven sales person with high communication and negotiation skills
