Business Secretary

Requirements:
  • bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economy
  • experience in administrative support within insurance company, ideally claims department
  • experience in office management support is a plus
  • fluency in English along with excellent PC skills are prerequisites
  • advanced ability to multitask and prioritize under larger volume of work 
  • mild and kind personality with excellent interpersonal skills
 
Responsibilities:
  • providing full office support to the local team
  • administration and follow up on insurance policies (checking validity and verifying policies) 
  • organization and coordination of office work: administration, correspondence (mail and post), preparation of various reports
  • employees' time-table management (scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, etc.)
  • managing front desk, receiving incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • handling office procurement
  • regular reporting to company management
  • taking care of company vehicles
