Our client is a company dealing with project sales, wholesale and retail of floor-, window- and wall coverings and accessories. To further improve their sales results and network in Serbia and in the region, they are looking for an independent and proactive salesperson for the position of a 
 
 

B2B Sales Manager

- floor, window & wall coverings –

 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • achieving sales targets and generating revenue to the company through the designated sales channel
  • presentation of the company and product portfolio to architects, designers, investors, contractors and other key players of the sales cycle 
  • enabling brand presence in the market and in the projects 
  • maintenance of quality relationship with the existing clients and partners and strengthening the network
  • composing tailor-made offers in relation to the client requirements and needs
  • manage the sales and negotiation process from the offer presentation to the contract signing
  • follow up on projects’ execution
  • continuous market analysis, timely identification of new projects
  • monitoring competitors’ activities, general market trends and proposing improvement measures
  • assisting in preparation and development of marketing materials and tools to support B2B sales
 
Requirements: 
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in project sales to similar target group of clients
  • good knowledge of the market and existing network of contacts shall be a strong advantage
  • active driver status and willingness for frequent travelling and field work
  • strong knowledge of English and PC literacy
  • a stable, self-initiative and responsible salesperson, with strong communication and organization abilities
  • developed interpersonal skills, capability of understanding of the client needs and creating long-term relations with the clients
