Area Sales Engineer 

- experience in sales to tier 1 and tier 2 automotive suppliers – 


Job description:
  • identification, qualification and realization of sales opportunities within the region of Balkans 
  • responsibility for sales growth of Kistler products by enlarging the network of potential customers and maintaining the relationships with the existing customers
  • making regular contacts with targeted industry KOL’s – Automotive (Tier 1 and manufacturers), Engine R&D centers and manufacturing, Machine Builders for Assembly lines, plastics molders and metal processing, etc.
  • gathering of customer requirements and providing influencing technical advisory in respect to the product features and customer benefits in terms of quality, delivery and price
  • creating quotations and leading the contracting process
  • achievement of dedicated targets and providing solutions for further market development
  • attending trade shows, congresses, conferences and other industry related events
  • periodical reporting on activities to Sales Director located in Italy
  • local home office will be set up
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • strong experience in sales of industrial automation supported with extensive technical knowledge 
  • excellent knowledge of market possibilities in regards to the automation business supported with comprehensive network within the industry
  • fluency in English and PC skills are prerequisites; hands on with SAP is preferred
  • strategic and positive mindset, passionate about innovative technical solutions
  • preparedness for frequent travelling
  • excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
