Administrative Executive Officer

 
Requirements:
  • university degree in Economy or social sciences
  • 2 years of administrative experience in international company, ideally within pharma business
  • familiarity with diversified administrative duties
  • fluency in English and strong PC skills
  • a service oriented person, efficient in interaction on corporate level
  • operative, dynamic and open minded performer with strong orientation to details
  • good communicator with strong organizational abilities
 
Responsibilities:
  • daily administrative support to team members
  • handling various HR administrative duties incl. payroll and HR reporting administration
  • coordination of external partners (legal, bookkeepping and health and safety services providers)
  • administering and developing of the local SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • support in facility management, handling of inventory list
  • administrative support in sales analysis and Customer Relationship Management
  • reporting to Finance and Administration Manager
