Accounting Assistant

  • university degree in Economics, preferred in Accounting 
  • 1-2 years of experience in supporting function in Accounting within corporate or agency environment
  • fluency in English and good MS Office knowledge; ERP experience is a plus
  • up-to-date with legislative changes in accounting 
  • dedicated, detail-oriented and punctual team-player
  • kind, communicative and reliable person
Job description:
  • preparation of bookkeeping journals 
  • administration of all accounting documentation and taking care of timely booking  
  • bookkeeping and control of sales team expenses and taking care of their proper submission and archiving
  • car fleet administration 
  • preparation for payment of all invoices in e-banking and verification of its accuracy 
  • basic preparation of monthly salaries and cooperation with external partner
  • administering and following up of the local SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • reporting to Finance and Administration Manager
